Caloosa Realty Group is a Boutique style real estate company that specialized in navigating their customers through the many obstacles of purchasing a new home or selling an existing one.    The company wants to remain relatively small in size to be able to give their clients the one on one service they deserve.   However since the group was formed, the results have been huge.  With sales numbers as high as larger offices it is evident that their philosophy works.

The group also believes in teamwork and helping each other.   “We are a very unique group of people” says the owner and broker Todd Guttery.  “What makes us so unique is that we all have spent most of our lives here in Fort Myers.  Actually, most of us were born here”.   And if you spend much time in Fort Myers you will soon realize that there are not many Fort Myers residents that were born here.

“We all have such a passion for this area.  Each morning I feel so lucky to be able to wake up and do what I love in the city that I love.  Our children attend the same school in which we attended”.  This passion for the area is visible in each consultant.   “We are in the business of helping people get where they want to be.
